Services provided outside the scope of the monthly packages and other costs.

Premium Advisory Services – $100 per hour

  • Consulting and Advisory Services

  • Financial Reporting

  • Debtor Management

  • Software/Platform Training – Onsite or Remote

  • Set Up of Accounts i.e. Xero, MYOB, COUNT

  • End of Year Tax Preparation for your Accountant or Tax Agent

  • System Health Checks for Xero & MYOB Users

  • Financial Catch Up

  • Onsite Bookkeeping Services

Monthly:

  • Payroll Filing – $199 per month plus $15 per employee per weekly filing, $20 per employee per fortnightly filing and $25 per employee per monthly filing.

Other Costs:

  • Travel Costs – $1.17 per km

  • Printing of Documents Fee – $0.15 cents per sheet

  • Basic Management Reports – $20 monthly or $30 Quarterly

  • Phone/Email Queries – $20 per call or email – no charge for ongoing clients
